Why Grief is the Path To Healing and 10 Ways to Help, Plus Underwear On or Underwear Off? | Episode 12
Hey Team, This episode is about grief and how to cope with a loss of a loved one. Personally, Rob and his wife recently lost one of their mentors in softball and life. Rob discusses the challenges this has created emotionally and dovetails this grief into a whole segment on why grief is good. Plus, he explains why nobody has the right to tell you have to or how long to grieve. He also touches on the reason our culture is not built for grieving. Rob continues the podcast discussing what coaching means to him and a lifelong coach to the Specialized Ecosphere, Jill Palmer. Jill is a long-time native of the area and has recently joined the team as a Client Services Specialist. Rob uses her second day on the job to put her under the microscope with an in-depth interview that gets powerful in how coaching changes lives.
