Begin Plan of Care

Your fitness journey begins with a Sumner Specialized Physical Therapy plan of care. We evaluate your limitations, measure restrictions and make a structured plan to meet your goals.

Integrate gym program

During your structured physical therapy plan, we begin to integrate your gym program in our training facility. We have 1200 sq/ft of functional space to advance from basic to advanced.

Continue Training

After your physical therapy plan of care we transition you to your fitness program. Your transition to an independent gym program is comfortable, supported and seamless.

Want to advance in sport performance? Space, equipment, expertise… we have it all!

 

Space

1200 sq/feet of open space to jump, lift, push, pull, carry or throw. We have the space to make your goals achievable.


Equipment

We have sleds, pullies, battle ropes, turf grass, olympic bars, free weights, TRX suspension, agility ladders, and more.


Expertise

We use physical therapists, athletic trainers and certified strength & conditioning specialists to create proper programming to meet your goals. Strength, power, agility, conditioning... we can meet any of your goals to assist you in your athletic performance. We want you to perform at your best.
